Un coin et une coiffe abîmés. Légers frottements. La page dépliante 287-288 est déchirée en deux parties (mais bien complète).
Ouvrage majeur (1ère ed. 1696) pour l'histoire de la médecine au XVIIIème siècle, par Daniel Le Clerc (1652-1728), considéré comme un pionnier dans cette discipline.
