Original manuscript. Surgery course given by Jean-Nicolas Marjolin for the year 1817-1818. A specialist in anatomy, Marjolin then gave a very popular surgery course in Paris. Private teaching that he gave in his own amphitheater on rue Saint-Julien le Pauvre. In 1818, Marjolin was appointed to the chair of external pathology.
