This engraving probably stayed in the Baudelocque family, there is a handwritten note on the back of the frame: "The great Baudelocque who gave his name to the birthing center at Bd Port royal. E. Brandicourt". As well as an announcement of the death of Madame Brandicourt née Baudelocque.
